Before the cancellation date (May 23, 2024), those who wish to cancel have the following options:
* Receive a refund of the registration fee minus the $50 non-refundable deposit.
* Transfer your registration directly to LYFE 2025 where you will be automatically registered for a registration of equal or lesser value. (i.e., Thursday/Friday registration, for a Thursday/Friday registration, or a Friday only registration or an off-campus registration.  No refunds are given for lesser value chosen.)
* Send a substitute in your place.
* Donate your registration fee to the LYFE Scholarship fund.

Important Details
* When a refund is given, registration is canceled, and the attendee will no longer have a space reserved for the conference or on-campus housing.
* Refund will come in the same form that original payment was provided.
* Transferring or substituting any registration may only be done once and only by the original registration holder.
